WQLN Fund Raiser April 10, 2008

In April, 2007, NPR Radio Station WQLN-FM tried something new in fund-raising. The station had a goal of $55,000.00, and decided that, rather than tieing up a week to ten days in fund-raising, the station would try a one-day deal, starting at 6 a.m. and ending at 11 p.m. The one-day drive was successful, and, as I was one of the parties involved in on-air programming, I had a ball doing it.
On April 10, 2008, which is this coming Thursday, the station is doing a repeat one-day fund-raiser. I will again be involved, will be broadcasting from 8:40 p.m. until about 9:15 p.m., maybe a bit longer, Anyway, if you are interested in tuning in, here is my play list for the segment:
